The frets have been polished, the neck is straight and has a slight amount of relief adjusted into it for set-up. It a 9.5" radius and has a modern "C" shape with 22 frets. The neck has a satin polyurethane finish with a natural rosewood fretboard. A Fender tremolo bar is included with the guitar. The trem bar hole on the bridge is covered by metallic tape which came that way from the factory, it is easily removable. The vintage style tremolo works well, however, the guitar currently has a trem block making the bridge a hard tail - the trem block can be easily removed if you want tremolo. The vintage syncro tremolo bridge has been cleaned and lubricated and all of the saddles work and adjust. The Fender ping standard cast tuning machines hold string tuning well, even with heavy bending of notes.

The frets have 90% to 95% left on them…lots and lots of life left in them. The five position switch works perfectly - 1 bridge, 2 bridge and middle, 3 middle, 4 middle and neck, and 5 neck. These pickups are high-output and frequency tuned for maximum tonal response. It has Greasebucket tone circuit which rolls off highs without adding bass. It has two single-coil hot alnico pickups with raised poles at the neck and middle with an Atomic 1 humbucker at the bridge. This guitar has great vintage tone with good output.
